لمحة عن القسم وأهدافه

يعنى هذا البرنامج بتأهيل كوادر من الفنيين في مجال الخدمات الصيدلية في المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية تحت إشراف الأخصائيين.

ويهدف البرنامج إلى إعداد كوادر فنية مؤهلة لتلبية حاجة الخدمات الصحية المتطورة بالمشاركة الفاعلة مع أعضاء الفريق الصحي ويستطيع القيام بالأعباء التالية:

1- عمليات صرف الدواء وتأمينه وتخزينه وكذلك عمليات تسجيل الدواء في المستشفيات المركزية.

2- المساعدة في عمليات الصرف والتسجيل والتخزين وتأمين الأدوية في مستودعات الدواء.

3- إدراك الأسس الإدارية المناطة بتوزيع المسئوليات في مجال العمل.

4- المشاركة في عمليات تركيب الأدوية بإشراف الصيدلي المسئول.

5- الاتصال الجيد مع أعضاء الفريق الصحي الآخرين.

6- استعمال المراجع ووسائل المعلومات المتعلقة بالدواء.

7- الإلمام بالمصطلحات العلمية المتعلقة بالدواء.

8- المشاركة في تدريب الطلاب في تخصص الصيدلة.

9- الإلمام بالطرق المناسبة لاستعمال الموارد لمواجهة المشاكل الصحية.

مهام وواجبات فني الصيدلة

1- استلام الوصفات الطبية من المرضى أو المسئولين بالأقسام الطبية وتجهيز الأدوية المطلوبة.

2- تركيب بعض الأدوية والمراهم والمحاليل الطبية تحت تعليمات وإشراف الصيدلي.

3- تسليم الأدوية للمرضى أو المسئولين بالأقسام الطبية مع كتابة طريقة الاستعمال.

4- تسجيل العهدة في دفاتر الصيدلية وبيان ما صرف منها.

5- المشاركة في لجان استلام الأدوية.

6- إعداد التقارير عن سير العمل.

7- التحلي بشخصية متوازنة ولطف في التعامل مع المرضى وأعضاء الفريق الطبي بالمستشفى.
